Regency Tunis Hotel

All staff was amazing! Especially Ameera, Shaimaa, Sumaiya, and Sarra, these girls made my stay absolutely wonderful. Food was good and the green garden was the best! No noise no disturbance and managed to had a lovely good sleep. Restaurant staff are wonderful as well, they are very helpful and specially the girls who make omelette and the kind boy making the fresh juice. I also appreciate the driver service although we didnt manage to get one on the way to the airport but that’s understandable as our flight is later in the day and they were out of working hours. The driver Nader was so helpful and was there waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. Thank you all for the great time, me and my family really enjoyed the stay, if it only could be closer to city center but overall I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially with our two kids. We arrived at the hotel to fresh juice while we checked in. Later, a plate of sweets and fresh fruit were delivered as a welcome present. The hotel has lots of space to explore and the grounds were lovely. The indoor pool was heated, which our kids loved. Our room has a lovely enclosed terrace with views of the outdoor pool and ocean. The food was excellent at the hotel and the room service had incredible options. The breakfast was expansive and of good quality. There was even a customer service staff member regularly greeting us daily and helping book cabs.

The hotel was at an excellent location, beachfront, and they picked me up at the airport, which made my travel even more comfortable. The room was spacious and had an amazing view on the pool and the sea. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A little modernization would not hurt, but I thought that was also part of the charm. I would be happy to return.

Amazing stay for 3 days at the regency! Great atmosphere for the holiday season, reception staff are extra nice and polite. Big big cheers to ahmed from the kitchen staff and Reda from the restaurant staff who provided exceptional breakfast for our early breakfast due to an early flight we had. Cleaning staff are polite and respectful, big cheers to them as well…

Loved the garden by the pool, the view the reception area offers, the quality of the bed, the prompt check in, the helpful and friendly staff at reception, the Thai food in the Thai restaurant which totally exceeded my expectations and which is a must to try !
